Court of Appeal Did Not Release PFPA Activists

[:en]On July 30, the Baku Court of Appeal refused to release the activists of the Popular Front party arrested in administrative order: Elnur Hasanov, (judge Faik Gasimov) and Mahir Namazov (judge Ilgar Murguzov).

Today, July 31, Judge Faik Gasimov did not release the activist Nijat Abdullayev. The PFPA told Turan about this.

It should be reminded that the aforementioned persons were arrested on charges of participating in the riots during a rally on July 14-15 in Baku. However, most of the 45 arrested PFPA activists did not attend this action at all, and whoever was, did not violate public order.
