[:en]Another PFPA Activist Arrested[:]

[:en]Imamaddin Heydarov, the son of the head of the Hajigabul district organization of the Popular Front Party (PFPA) Kamal Heydarov, was arrested.

According to PFPA, he was detained in the regional center of Hajigabul (120 km south-west of Baku) on August 24. On the same day, a local court sentenced him to 30 days of administrative arrest. His father was not told what exactly is attributed to the young man. PFPA believes the young man was arrested for his critical publications on Facebook.

Imameddin Heydarov became the fifth member of the Popular Front Party or sympathizing with the party, arrested over the past week.[:]
