On March 28th Baku Serious Crimes Court convicted the editor of the Teref.info website Nureddin Ismayilovd under the Article 281.2 (open appeals against the state), 309 (abuse of office) and 313 (official forgery) of the Criminal Code, and sentenced him conditionally to 5.5 years of imprisonment with a 2-year probation period.
The reason for bringing him to justice was reprinting of the articles entitled “Etibar Pirverdiyev’s Created Currency Business” from musavat.com, “Azerenergy being checked”, Pirverdiyev being interrogated for “electric terror” – Finnish corruption – on the site repotyor.info.
İsmailov denied the accusations, noting that there are no anti-state appeals in the publications, but it is a question of the official”s fault during the blackout on July 3, 2018 in connection with the accident at the Mingachevir CHP.

Buna musavat.com saytında dərc edilən “Etibar Pirverdiyevin kriptovalyuta biznesi ortaya çıxdı” məqaləsinin və repotyor.info-dan “Azərenerji” yoxlanılır, Pirverdiyev “elektrik terroru”- fin korrupsiyası”na görə dindirilir” məqaləsinin təkrar dərci səbəb olub.
İsmaylov ittihamları rədd edərək deyib ki, yazılarda dövlət əleyhinə çağırış yoxdur, söhbət 2018-ci il iyulun 3-də Mingəçevir İES-də baş vermiş qəza ilə əlaqədar qəza zamanı məmurun günahından gedir.
