[:en]On September 3, residents of the village of Sabirkend in the Shamkir region blocked the central road of this settlement. Thus, they protested the lack of natural gas in the village.

The protesters reported to the press that their numerous appeals and complaints remained unanswered, after which they decided on this action.

The police cleared the way. No detainees were reported.
